Job Description

 What You’ll Do

• Assist and support in preparation and delivery of accurate and timely management reports and financial analysis and forecast.
• Ensure timely and accurate provision of information requested by stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and other related department.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve the accuracy of forecasting methodologies and automate reporting workflows.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on inventory trends, risks, and opportunities,
• Collaborate with regional planners to balance inventories and lead times.
• Participate in system enhancements, User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities, and implementation of digital or analytical tools supporting process optimization.
• Collaborate with IT and system owners to ensure operational requirements are embedded into process and system designs.
• Assist and support in daily operations.

Job Requirements

We’re Looking For:

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business / Economics or equivalent;
• Fresh Graduates or up to 1-2 years of working experience
• Good Communication skills, diligent and ability to collaborate effectively across business and finance stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
• Team player, fast learner and has a positive learning attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High level of ownership, adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
