** Please state your internship duration (start and end date). We are looking for someone who can start in July 2025.
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
- Assist in Sales order processing;
- Assist in Documentation processing;
- Assist to prepare quotation;
- Assist to handle and manage customer's accounts related matter;
- Preparation of reports / analysis / presentations as needed;
- Coordinate and follow up on ad hoc projects / task documentations / updates.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business/ Marketing/ Administration or equivalent.
- Strong and proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint application.
- Required skill(s): Vlookup, Pivot, Formulae setting (Intermediate Level).
- Team player and willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
- Applicants must be willing to work in UOA Business Park, Canon Tower.
- 1 Internship position for duration of 4 - 6 month(s).
