About the role
Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and organised Print Care Assistant to join our team in Selangor. This is a 1-year contract role that is renewable based on performance. As our Print Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and operations of our print services division.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative support to the Print Services department to ensure efficient daily operations
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and service enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Process, coordinate, and track print orders to ensure accuracy and service level compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with organisational standards
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support effective print service delivery

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in administration, IT support, or customer service, preferably in a print or office services environment.
• Possesses IT troubleshooting skills and is comfortable working with computers and office equipment.
• Is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and consistently strives to exceed expectations.
