Job Description

• Expand the Commercial and Retail business in Sarawak;
• Enhance and sustain the commercial Business by reaching out to End User accounts (Commercial & Retail); 
• Collaborate with the internal team for tender submissions and competitive account expand;
• Provide technology updates to government and commercial sectors, showcasing our latest products and services;
• Advocate genuine consumables to end users and educate on distinguishing between genuine and compatible consumables;
• Supervise sales activities of partners to drive revenue;
• Work with partners to develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets;
• Analyze market trends and devise sales strategies to boost brand recognition Negotiate sales contracts and maintain effective communication with customers;
• Demonstrate initiative and capability to work autonomously.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Computer Science/IT is preferred;
• 2-5 years of relevant sales experience;
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals;
• Familiarity with IT peripherals is necessary;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus to engage with Mandarin-speaking clients;
• Willingness to travel and work weekends for road shows as needed;
• Valid driving license and personal transportation are mandatory.
