Job Description

• Ideate, develop, and execute finance and investment content for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Educate investors and business owners on CapBay’s investment and financing products and current financial market trends through content and engagement channels. 
• Support marketing campaigns planning and execution.
• Assist in the creation of video and image content for marketing channels.
• Create and design print, digital and social materials.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Assist with daily administrative duties. 

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree holder majoring in economics, finance, journalism, or related fields with an acute interest in FinTech.
• Armed with an excellent command of English as well as proficiency in the Malay language. 
• Knowledgeable and/or keenly interested in the financial services, or FinTech industries.
• Equipped with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment.
• Able to exhibit a combination of analytical, critical thinking skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Deadline-driven and self-sufficient on assigned tasks.
