Job Description

In this role, you will be expected to: 

• Strategically plan, develop and implement product launches and marketing plans to spearhead creative campaigns across multiple channels to drive website traffic, revenue, sales, and customer retention
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Gather and understand feedback from customers and relay it to product, sales, and tech teams
• Develop, monitor, and manage KPIs for weekly and monthly reports to show results and the impact of marketing initiatives
• Understand current digital/SEO/PR/affiliate channels and execute to drive strong and impactful results
• Oversee social media platforms to strengthen CapBay's brand presence and drive the conversation 
• Monitor market intelligence and monitor competitor movements and market situation
• Monitor, optimize, and strategise the performance of an advertisement on various platforms to align with the business objectives
• Manage and oversee the team goals and their implementation
• Ensure website, promotional materials, and marketing campaign strategy are updated regularly
• Develop and produce monthly reports to highlight marketing accomplishments
• Prepare and monitor the monthly marketing budget to ensure smooth operations 
• Identify opportunities, trends, and technological platforms that will enhance and improve CapBay's marketing approaches and campaigns
• Research the latest marketing strategies and excel competitively in marketing efforts

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns
• Exceptional knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads
• Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets
• Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail

Bonus Skills:

• Professional Certifications such as in Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, etc. will be preferred
• Skilled in management of social media platforms and other social tools (Hubspot, LinkTree)
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of data analysis tools and methodology (google analytics, search console, etc)
