We are passionate about helping our clients succeed in an ever-changing industry.  You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Business and Tech SME to document the data points used in business process/report in Excel / Collibra
  • Ensure appropriate controls applied to the important data points
  • Capturing, analysing and documenting business process
  • Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions
  • Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
  • Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
  • Assisting in the implementation of solutions

 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Data Governance Tool such as Collibra is preferable
  • Stakeholder management
  • Agile delivery hand-on experience
  •  Banking domain knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to cooperate with a variety of people to achieve results
  • Proactive with good organisational skills and forward planning
