Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience working as a Technical lead/data analyst/Business Analyst to execute DQ remediation project within the financial services sector.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, operations, and product management, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Data Quality Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of existing data quality issues and develop strategies for improvement, including the implementation of a trusted single source of data and establish a Data lineage for downstream use cases
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Documentation: Should have strong expertise in documenting the problem statement and solution using MS PowerPoint for Business and IT Stakeholders.
