Role Title: Project Manager
Role Overview
Project Delivery
Manage IT projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation and go-live
Own project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and quality
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver project outcomes
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and escalate when required
Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and status reporting
Governance & Control
Ensure projects comply with IT PMO frameworks, SDLC, PDLC, and ITIL processes
Maintain project governance, quality controls, and decision forums
Work with risk, security, and governance teams to ensure appropriate controls are in place
Financial & Business Support
Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting
Track budget and cost impacts throughout project delivery
Support prioritization and investment decision-making where required
Stakeholder Management
Act as the key liaison between business, IT, and external vendors
Communicate project progress clearly to sponsors and senior stakeholders
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively
Experience & Skills
5–7 years’ experience managing IT projects end-to-end
Strong understanding of SDLC, PDLC, and ITIL processes
Experience delivering projects in financial services or regulated environments
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused
Certifications (Advantage)
PMP/CAPM
PMI-ACP or CSM
