Job Summary

Ready to see how public companies shape investor confidence? By working with us at Capital Front PLT, you will work directly with Bursa-listed clients to help communicate financial performance, corporate strategy and market updates to investors and the financial media.

As an Investor Relations Intern you will help build practical tools and materials that scale how we present results and engage stakeholders. You will prepare concise financial narratives, create repeatable templates, and support event execution for IPOs, press briefings and investor meetings.

You will learn alongside consultants experienced in investment analysis, corporate finance, PR and sustainability reporting. This is hands-on work that gives you a clear foundation for careers in finance, communications or corporate strategy.

Your Growth & Impact

• Develop clear financial summaries and presentation slides for quarterly and annual results, turning raw figures into concise narratives for investors. Learn to use company reports, Excel and public filings to extract the key messages.
• Build research routines to monitor market news, corporate announcements, media clippings and analyst commentary, producing daily and weekly briefings. 
• Expand event and stakeholder experience by assisting at IPO launches, listing ceremonies, press conferences and institutional briefings. Prepare briefing packs, coordinate logistics and support on-site media relations.
• Gain practical writing experience by drafting press releases, speeches, FAQs and annual report content, tailoring tone and detail for investor and media audiences. 
• Strengthen your analytical toolkit by assisting in shareholding analysis, peer comparisons and basic financial modelling used in investor discussions. 

Job Requirements

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Research on market news and corporate announcements.
•  Assist in the financial analysis of public listed companies’ quarterly and annual results announcement.
•  Opportunity to participate in corporate events - IPO (prospectus launch ceremony, listing ceremony), press conferences and institutional investor briefings.
•  Contribute in drafting corporate materials; press releases, presentation slides, annual reports, speeches, and frequently asked questions.
•  Monitor and report on media clippings published.
•  Conduct analysis on shareholding changes, analyst reports and peer earnings.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Student in any one of the following fields - Accounting, Finance, Business, Public Relations, Mass Communications.
