Job Description
Capital Front provides communication strategies to improve market positioning, institutional shareholding and media coverage for public listed companies on Bursa Securities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate projects, giving the intern practical experience in stock market dynamics, corporate strategy, financial analysis and media management.
Job Requirements
Role and Responsibilities:
- Research on market news and corporate announcements.
- Assist in the financial analysis of public listed companies’ quarterly and annual results announcement.
- Participate in corporate events - IPO (prospectus launch ceremony, listing ceremony), press conferences and institutional investor briefings.
- Contribute in drafting corporate materials; press releases, presentation slides, annual reports, speeches, and frequently asked questions.
- Monitor and report on media clippings published.
- Conduct analysis on shareholding changes, analyst reports and peer earnings.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- Student in Accounting, Finance, Business, Public Relations or Mass Communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Intellectually curious about the corporate world and resourceful in finding solutions.
