Job Description

Oversee and manage the daily operations of housekeeping services for the entire mall, including public areas, tenant common areas, restrooms, and back-of-house facilities.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation are consistently maintained.

Manage refuse disposal and lead recycling programs to promote environmental sustainability.

Monitor and manage stock levels for all toilet sanitary parts and consumables (e.g., toilet rolls, soap), ensuring timely replenishment and preventing shortages.

Record and monitor toilet water usage, promptly identifying and reporting any leakages or anomalies.
