Retail Operations Supervisor (FMCG) – Cover South Region

📍 Location: Joho Bahru Based (Cover South Region – Johor + Melaka)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 9 Merchandisers across the South Region.
• Ensure the team achieves monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Monitor daily attendance, outlet coverage and team performance.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure merchandising standards and compliance with outlet requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with outlet PICs and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coach, guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to achieve better results.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure company policies, safety requirements and operational procedures are followed at all times.

Job Requirements

Malaysian Citizen.

Minimum SPM qualification.

At least 2–3 years of experience supervising Merchandisers, Promoters or Field Sales teams in the FMCG or Retail industry.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using digital reporting systems.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Willing to travel extensively within the South Region.

Able to work Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off).
