Job Description

Finance Intern Admin

1. Maintain accurate financial records and manage monthly expenses claims invoices payroll taxes and utility payments punctually.
2. Record EPF, Socso, PCB, WHT, Company Tax data.
3. Closing and settlement.
4. Coordinate daily retail appointments and generate necessary daily sales and financial reports for the company.
5. Manage customer database while utilising insights to enhance financial operations.
6. Prepare P&L data and product performance data.
7. Facilitate leads follow ups with operational team.
8. Tally stock and invoice with operational team.
9. Flexibly transition to marketing tasks (social media marketing) and collaborate across departments to optimise financial performance.

Preferred qualifications: Timely and accurate task completion. Strong interpersonal skill. Sense of responsibility. Attention to detail. Able to multitask, and not into gossip. Proficient with numbers and Excel and capable of handling sensitive data professionally.
