Marketing Admin

1. Create marketing materials and evaluate printing supplier options as needed for festive or promotional items (booklets, flyers, posts, videos).

2. Respond to customer service inquiries

3. Conduct video editing tasks.

4. Work with the operational team to coordinate creative adjustments related to promotions, product launches, and other marketing strategies.

5. Manage social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Xhs, Dou Yin, Lemon, Personal IP, Tiktok Live Visual), such as product listings graphic, website blogpost, FB post and Reels 

6. Leverage copywriting skills to craft engaging and effective follow-up messages.

7. Review and collaborate with influencers.

8. dentify the most effective lead channels and develop suitable marketing strategies.

9. Create a series of videos.

10. Develop best-selling packages or website content.

11. Coordinate annual sales events, open days, and soft launches.

12. Assist in writing persuasive copy for product infographics, website landing pages, and other marketing assets.

13. Help proofread all marketing materials, including social media posts, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

14. Identify new marketing trend

15. Utilise CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop for graphic design tasks.

16. Manage lead data and its conversion rates.

17. Perform any additional duties as required on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Google Sheets POS systems and electronic invoicing.

Open to learning new skills.

Strong numerical aptitude.

Candidates must possess at least Diploma

Team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure

Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with different departments
