Care Concierge is looking for a Junior Content Creator to help us create meaningful, clear, and

engaging content for families, seniors, caregivers, and the wider elder care community in

Malaysia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media, and wants to

create content that is not just trendy, but genuinely helpful and human.

Responsibilities

● Create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and

LinkedIn.

● Assist with writing captions, short scripts, article drafts, newsletters, and basic marketing

copy.

● Shoot and edit videos for social media, including caregiver stories, educational tips,

behind-the-scenes content, and service highlights.

● Support content planning for campaigns, awareness posts, and Care Concierge brand

initiatives.

● Work with the marketing team to turn elder care topics into content that is easy to

understand and respectful to seniors and families.

● Help monitor trends and suggest content ideas that are relevant to caregiving, ageing,

family support, and healthcare in Malaysia.

● Coordinate with internal teams to gather stories, photos, testimonials, and service

updates.

● Ensure all content follows Care Concierge’s tone: warm, credible, respectful, and

practical.

Requirements

● Some experience in content creation, marketing, communications, media, or a related

field, through work, internships, freelance projects, or personal content.

● Comfortable writing in English. Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin would be an added

advantage.

● Basic skills in video shooting and editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Instagram

Reels, TikTok, or similar platforms.

● Comfortable being in front of the camera for social media videos, interviews,

behind-the-scenes content, and simple educational clips.

● Good eye for simple visuals, storytelling, and social media formats.

● Interested in elder care, family care, healthcare, or meaningful service-based content,

while being open to testing fresh and creative content formats.

● Able to communicate respectfully and sensitively, especially when creating content

involving seniors, families, and caregivers.

● Willing to learn, take feedback, and work in a team.

● Comfortable using AI tools to support content planning, writing, research, and workflow

efficiency.

● Applicants must provide a portfolio or samples of past content work, such as social

media posts, videos, captions, campaigns, articles, or design work.
