The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Generalist Executive - someone who's eager to learn across the full marketing function and ready to discover where they shine.

You'll rotate across content, performance marketing, AI tools, and marketing operations. Over time, as we learn your strengths and you discover your interests, we'll develop you into a specialist. Depending on where you thrive, you'll grow into one of four tracks: Content Creator, AI & Marketing Technologist, Community Manager, or Generalist.

There's real room to move fast here. How far and how quickly you grow is genuinely up to you.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

• Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design social posts, stories, and ad visuals using Canva
• Write captions, hooks, and scripts that are warm, clear, and on-brand
• Document real moments at our Clubhouse - always respectfully and with consent

Growth Marketing

• Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns end-to-end - targeting, budgets, creative, reporting
• Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results
• Support lead generation and conversion tracking across channels

AI & Marketing Technology

• Configure and maintain marketing tools and integrations (CRM, tracking, analytics)
• Build and document AI-assisted workflows for content and campaign operations
• Set up dashboards, UTM structures, and attribution reporting
• Research and test new AI and MarTech tools; recommend what to adopt

Marketing Support

• Manage content scheduling, publishing calendars, and asset organisation
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams
• Support event logistics - registrations, run-of-show, post-event follow-up
• Handle admin and operational tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly

Who You Are

Must-haves

• Fresh grad or up to 1 year of experience (Marketing, Comms, Digital Media, Business, or related)
• Genuinely curious about AI - you've already played with ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and building things together
• Comfortable with numbers and not intimidated by spreadsheets or dashboards
• Empathetic - our audience is families making hard, emotional decisions
• Willing to work onsite in PJ full-time

Nice-to-haves

• Any exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or performance marketing
• Video editing with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or any CRM
• Prior internship in content, social media, or digital marketing
