Job Description

Job Purpose and Impact

The Change, Communication, Engagement (CCE) Lead, Food APAC job partners with key stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive change and communication strategy to support the delivery of SAP ERP to Food APAC and related projects including pre-deployment work, deployment and post-go live support through stabilization. The individual will be responsible for change strategy and planning, stakeholder engagement, communication and training, change measurement and reporting and provide thought leadership and best practices for the delivery of SAP ERP to Food APAC. 

Key Accountabilities

•    PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION: Develops and implements complex organizational change initiatives to improve organizational capabilities, promote process improvement initiatives, cultivate employee engagement and improve organizational effectiveness for the delivery of SAP ERP to Food APAC.
•    STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Analyzes organizational needs and develops strategies to support organizational central initiatives and leads the successful adoption of new or changing processes, programs and strategies.
•    PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION: Guides and consults partners and teams involved in change initiatives, coordinating discussions and workshops and applying expertise in organizational change methodologies to deliver effective interventions.
•    STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners to understand and align the business capabilities and engage with stakeholders to help improve awareness and adopt standard organizational design and change practices.
•    PROGRAM ANALYSIS: Partners with leaders and across the center of expertise to deliver development and transformation goals, performing assessments and analyses to find opportunities to enhance change capacity and skill capabilities.
•    CHANGE ASSESSMENT: Assesses the change impact by identifying key partners, conducting impact analyses, and assessing change readiness for future solution implementations.
•    TEAM ENABLEMENT: Partners to deploy relevant capabilities and facilitate training and collaboration to provide the team with necessary skills, tools and knowledge in support of a culture of learning and knowledge.
•    VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Partners with key vendors and collaborators to stay updated on the latest technologies, tools and methodologies, and makes suggestions to improve program design and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
