Job Description

Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Operations Specialist will provide essential commercial operations support across contract management, pricing administration, reporting, and customer documentation workflows. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness across multiple sales systems, including SAP, AX Dynamics, Quotolate, and SharePoint tools. The specialist will also coordinate sample orders, maintain required compliance reporting, and partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to enable seamless execution and high service levels.

Key Accountabilities

Contract Management

  • Execute SAP contract entry for new customer agreements.
  • Process SAP contract amendments ensuring accuracy and alignment with commercial terms.
  • Manage CC contract booking across multiple systems, including:
    •  Aalst (AX Dynamics)
    •  BV (Quotolate)
    •  CFI (SharePoint Pricing Template)
  • Collect and organise signed customer contracts, ensuring documentation completeness and proper archiving.

Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and maintain the Food Service sales report, ensuring timely updates for stakeholders. Prepare and checking of rebates to customers
  • Generate delivery reports for key customers

Pricing Administration

  • Manage daily and weekly pricing updates for key customers
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Sample Management

  • Coordinate sample ordering for customers and internal teams.

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

  • Prepare the RSPO sales and purchase report, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Provide general commercial operations support as required to enable execution excellence and process consistency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, supply chain, operations, analytics, etc.) or equivalent experience.

  • Good English communication skills (verbal & written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar operations or customer-facing support role
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
