Job Description

1.Oversee daily operations of the dialysis centre
2.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., MOH guidelines)
3.Manage staff scheduling (nurses, technicians, support staff)
4.Monitor patient flow and ensure quality patient care
5.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams
6.Manage inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment
7.Ensure proper maintenance of dialysis machines
8.Handle patient feedback and resolve issues professionally
9.Prepare operational and performance reports
10.Implement process improvements for efficiency and safety
11.Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed

Job Requirements

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field 
• Proven experience in healthcare or dialysis centre operations 
• Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and clinic workflow 
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards 
• Leadership and team management experience 
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Skills:

• Experience managing dialysis centres or renal units 
• Knowledge of infection control practices 
• Budgeting and cost management experience 
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
