About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Dialysis Centre team. You will play a key role in delivering safe and high-quality dialysis care while ensuring patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform hemodialysis treatment in accordance with clinical standards and SOPs
• Monitor patients’ condition before, during, and after dialysis treatment
• Operate and maintain dialysis machines safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with infection control protocols
• Provide patient education and emotional support
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare team

📍Location - Sri Rampai, Kajang, Senawang, Port Dickson, Ara Damansara, Tanjong Karang, Shah Alam
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: (Based on experience) 

• Staff Nurse (Post Basic) - Rm3,000 to Rm7,000 
• Staff Nurse - Rm2,600 to Rm5,000 

Job Requirements

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM)
• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Experience in dialysis is an advantage (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Post Basic Dialysis certification is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team and handle patients with care and empathy
