Job Description

Responsible for receiving, verifying, and managing materials and empties, supporting production needs, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining safety, excellence, and compliance with Carlsberg standards. 

Responsibilities:

• Receive of empties and materials for both recollected and new incomings. 
• Verify the accuracy of quality and quantity of all incoming deliveries.
• Keep a well-maintained account of stock and inventory.
• Manage the warehouse in compliance to Carlsberg standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and follow cleaning program as listed in the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Plan and deliver of material from the empties yard to warehouse for production.
• Planning and monitoring of material sorting activities.
• Deliver samples for the verification of Quality Assurance department.
• Any other duties that are to be given from time to time.

Job Requirements

•  With SPM / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistic or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Logistic Department. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• With sense of responsibility, self-motivated and result–oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively with people of all levels. Keeping superiors and subordinates informed.
• Open minded and good listener.
• Able to work independently and in a team to deliver quality work.
• Willing to work on shift.
