Your Day to Day:

  • Facility Management:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and project planning.
  • Participate in CCTV screening and monitoring activities.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline administrative processes such as finance and operations.
  • Financial Efficiency:
  • Monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency in facility management.
  • Security and Safety:
  • Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure a secure working environment and protect properties and assets.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with regional property teams and MY property planning & management for seamless operations.

Job Requirements

You Know How:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
