This internship offers a valuable learning experience in various aspects of facility management, coordination, and administrative tasks.</p>

<li>Assist in the day-to-day management of facilities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and project planning.</li>
<li>Participate in CCTV screening and monitoring activities.</li>
<li><strong>Administrative Support:</strong></li>
<li>Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.</li>
<li>Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.</li>
<li>Collaborate with different departments to streamline administrative processes such as finance and operations.</li>
<li><strong>Financial Efficiency:</strong></li>
<li>Monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency in facility management.</li>
<li><strong>Security and Safety:</strong></li>
<li>Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the security team to ensure a secure working environment and protect properties and assets.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong></li>
<li>Collaborate with regional property teams and MY property planning &amp; management for seamless operations.</li>
