About You

You are a fresh graduate or currently someone close to their graduation and you are looking for that opportunity that will help you springboard your career. CARSOME is the place for you!

You will be joining us for an internship ranging from 3-6 months where you will learn what it takes to be a CARSOMER! We will give you opportunities to grow and learn new skills departments depending on your interest level. If you have had prior experience working on projects, even better!

Preferred for those major studies in any field of diploma or degree related to business, operation, supply chain, finance, etc.

Your Day-To-Day

• Ensure car keys are labeled, kept safe, and arranged for easy access.
• Record and monitor the location and movement of car keys and vehicles when receiving and sending car keys.
• Tallying car keys against the physical car
• Coordinate administrative tasks with other stakeholders
• Maintain a schedule of appointments and logistics
• Safeguard all documents and spare keys in a secure location.
• Oversee the smooth transition of vehicle movements
• Prepare reports summary to measure the car keys movement utilization

Job Requirements

Your Know-How

• Good command in English & B. Malaysia.
• Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Meticulous and high accuracy in work assignments
• Computer literacy, particularly having good knowledge and carrying out the works in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening & communication skills
