About the Role:
As the APAC Account Lead, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence across a portfolio of accounts and facilities.
You will play a key leadership role in driving strategic client partnerships, ensuring efficient technical operations, and achieving strong financial and service outcomes. This position combines client relationship management with operational delivery, requiring both business acumen and engineering oversight.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational and client service excellence.
- Manage daily operations, including work planning, task assignments, performance reviews, and staff development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve account profitability, operational efficiency, and growth.
- Oversee all aspects of engineering and facilities management — including maintenance, asset management, and technical operations.
- Manage contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with performance, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets; forecast and control operational and maintenance costs.
- Conduct regular client and stakeholder reviews to align on performance, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.
- Evaluate industry trends, identify improvement opportunities, and drive innovation across the account.

About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- (Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered.)
- 8–12 years of experience in operations, engineering, or facilities management, including leadership of multi-site teams.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and overseeing contract delivery in a complex business environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
