As a key leader within CBRE’s Facilities Management team, the Critical Services Supervisor (Tiger Team Lead) plays a vital role in driving operational excellence within a greenfield data center environment. This position is instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition from construction to full-scale operations, proactively resolving critical challenges, and supporting dynamic end-user requirements.
Leading a high-performing Tiger Team, the Supervisor is accountable for maintaining peak facility performance, safeguarding uptime, and ensuring strict adherence to operational protocols. The role demands a high level of technical expertise, decisive leadership, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 mission-critical setting.
