The Construction manager will be focused on facilitating coordination, communication, and reviews between OWNER, Designer, Developer, and Contractor.​</li><li style="">Participate in reviewing and reporting on tenderer’s submissions, programs, and method statements, review bid tabulation / comparison matrix submitted by Developer and Contractor and advise on acceptability. ​</li><li style="">Support the review of design documents for constructability and hold constructability reviews.​</li><li style="">Where applicable assessing value-engineering (VE) opportunities (including relevant cost estimations).​</li><li style="">Overall Project Governance and Approvals (including EHS)​</li><li style="">Assist and lead a post award preconstruction conference with all prime contractors to review the project requirements and administrative responsibilities of all prime contractors.​</li><li style="">Coordinate site mobilization with the Owner and Developer.
