About the role:

The Financial Analyst - OTC Contract Management is a key member of the KL BSO OTC Contract Management team, responsible for driving continuous improvement, supporting customer metrics, and ensuring high-quality contract service delivery for the EMEA region. This role manages all financial aspects of contract management, ensures SLA & business KPIs are met, and supports both pre- and post-contract activities.


What You’ll Do:

  • Receive and review As-Incur contract setup requests to ensure supporting evidence is complete
  • Review contract/project amendment requests for completeness
  • Create contract/project abstracts to evidence revenue recognition and other accounting considerations
  • Transform contract/project abstracts into manual input/setup templates or PeopleSoft upload templates
  • Review and activate contract setup in PeopleSoft, aligned with supporting evidence
  • Manage and monitor query resolution related to Contract Management
  • Check accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information
  • Coordinate input from stakeholders as required
  • Identify proper contract documents and templates
  • Ensure compliance with processes


What You’ll need:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related area
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Finance/SSC environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English
  • Team player with the ability to promote teamwork
  • Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
