About the Role:
This role will report to the finance lead and collaborate with operation team to execute the company's month-end closing process, ensuring precision and compliance of all financial transactions. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring AR, AP, and balance sheet status to maintain TWC in good standing and ensure accurate presentation of account assets and liabilities.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly billing, accruals, and journal posting processes
  • Handle intercompany cross-charges and cost allocations across APAC
  • Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and cost tracking
  • Maintain and update PO tracking for clients and vendors
  • Ensure ERP/JIRA data accuracy and resolve system issues
  • Coordinate with on-site teams for training and process alignment

What You’ll Need:  
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, as this role works closely with the China market
