About the Role: 

As a CBRE Global Data & Technology Lead, you will assist with providing strategic vision and supervision to

the department responsible for developing and implementing digital technologies to drive business growth.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, development, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee the continuous review of digital systems and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Execute departmental internal controls, financial policies, procedures, and projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Maintain relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for the business
  • Serve as a member of the sales team in the pursuit of new business ventures, developing responses to RFPs and participating in sales pitches to present digital solutions
  • Maintain annual department budgets and manage the financial performance of digital platforms
  • Assist with platform implementation on new client transitions, allocating proper resources and connecting with the client to validate service delivery expectations
  • Identify and solve complex, multi-dimensional problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department
  • Establish and maintain service level expectations for support of standard digital platforms
  • Coordinate system strategies with field management, accounting, other client support groups, and senior business leaders
  • Review current and proposed systems and procedures and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values, persuading managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital management, technology, or a related field
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
  • Experience in the areas of digital strategy, project management, team leadership, and change management
  • Ability to apply robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity
  • Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
