About the Role
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team with daily tasks that help manage employee information and important HR documents. This role is great for students or fresh graduates who want to learn how HR works in real companies and gain hands‑on experience with HR systems and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Update Employee Records
      • Help keep employee information up to date in the system, including new joiners, people leaving the company, and staff changes such as transfers or promotions.
      • Assist in updating personal details when employees request changes.

  • Prepare HR Documents
      • Support the team in creating simple HR documents such as letters and forms.
      • Learn how to use templates and follow HR guidelines.

  • Help Manage Leave & Attendance Information
      • Assist with recording leave applications, leave extensions, returns from leave, and any cancellations.
      • Make sure the information is updated correctly in the system.

  • General HR Administration
      • Help organize and manage HR files such as policies, contracts, invoices, and other HR‑related documents.
      • Use the HR system to generate letters or reports when needed.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to commit Internship duration up to 6 months will be prioritised.
