Qualifications and Experience

Technical

Qualifications and experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, CIOB, CIDB, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects (institutional, commercial, educational, or mixed-use).
  • Proven track record delivering multi-phase developments on live operational sites — ideally schools, hospitals, universities, or similar environments where safety and continuity are critical.
