About the Role:
As a CBRE Senior Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist the FM, Engineer, and duty Technician on the day-to-day operation.
  • Overseeing all the 3rd party contractor works and ensuring all compliance with house rules and safety requirements.
  • Job verification must be in place after the completion of any in-house or 3rd party project and updated to the reporting supervisor daily.
  • Must be a Hands-on person with troubleshooting skills in electrical, HVAC building maintenance, etc.
  • Compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, and emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
  • Review assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
  • Assists with installation and modification of building utility equipment systems.
  • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including electrical, cooling equipment systems (HVAC), air compressors, fire alarm systems, etc.
  • Inspects new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies, summoning additional assistance as needed.
  • Schedule and plan daily assignments as directed by the reporting supervisor.
  • Familiar with CMMS (Si7) to create work order tickets and close within the time frame.
  • Attend to client complaints and complete the task within the given time frame.
  • Repair and maintenance of plumbing system, carpenter, make good wall surface, floor surface, toilet repairs, and roof repairs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor time to time.
About You:
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities.
  • Chargeman certificate holders AO or A4.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Goal-oriented, able to multi-task, and with good time management skills.
  • With hands-on skill and be a team player.
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical, HVAC & Fire fighting.
  • Able to work in Office hour and shift hours.
