We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. This role serves as the frontline representative of the brand, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming and visually appealing store environment. Our store offers a curated range of female fashion products, along with a selection of unisex sportswear designed for comfort, performance, and everyday wear.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, has an interest in fashion and styling, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The Retail Associate will support daily store operations, assist customers with product selection, and contribute to overall store performance through teamwork and strong sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing styling advice and product recommendations
• Build positive customer relationships while handling enquiries and concerns professionally
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and promotion of ongoing campaigns and loyalty programs
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, collections, and current fashion trends
• Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, promotions, and returns according to store policies
• Maintain store presentation standards, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and merchandise restocking
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive team environment

Job Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
• Sales-driven with confidence in engaging customers
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic familiarity with POS systems and digital payments is an advantage
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
