  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to departmental managers and staff
  • Performing general office duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace
  • Identify all applicable licenses and insurances.
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and other relevant systems.
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Notifies insurance company of changes in property or equipment affecting insurance coverage.
  • Files records of insurance transactions and keeps calendar of premiums due and expiration dates of policies.
  • Identify all company vehicle and register into Company Vehicle Registration List.
  • Monitor the expiry dates and fill up the renewal application forms for Bank Guarantee.
  • Monitor the expiry dates of Road Tax, Puspakom Test, Vehicles Insurance, Building Fire Insurance, Staff Personal Accidental Insurance, Machinery & Equipment Insurance, Boiler Insurance, and Money Insurance.
  • Undertakes legal communication and registration processes.
  • Responsible to ensure all the licenses are renewed and up to date such as Trade License, Lesen Penjaja / Gerai, Lesen Runcit / Borong, Sijil Pengesahan Halal issued by Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia and Masjis Islam Sarawak, License for meat Factory Processing, Surat Kuasa (Minyak Diesel), Lesen Racun issued by Department of Safety & Health (DOSH) and other related matters.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of administrative experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
