Job Description

Job Descriptions

  • Assist in the process involving recruitment and exit interviews.
  • Assist in all necessary processes with regards to payroll and assist in simulating payroll related analysis and reports.
  • Assist in carrying out performance appraisal exercise and ensuring the timeliness of report preparation and submission.
  • Scheduling and conducting routine employee orientation or induction program in order to prepare them for their new role and organization culture.
  • Execution of necessary procedures in matters related to employment for both locals and foreigners.
  • Adhering to legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
  • Assist in administering employee welfare and benefits programs such as life, health, disability insurance, leaves and employee assistance.
  • Assist in the enforcement of human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Required Knowledge to do Human Resource job well with minimal guidance.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Able to accept suggestions and constructive criticism.
  • Consistently fulfil all job responsibilities and able to inspire staff or colleagues to a good extent as role model.
  • Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
  • Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Academy Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in HR discipline or any related fields.
  • Fresh Graduates with minimum CGPA 3.70 are encouraged to apply.
