Job Description
Responsibilities: To preform daily operation tasks within the assigned area. Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency and quality. To coordinate with department heads and teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standard. To manage budgets and resource allocation for the area, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets; and report on operational performance and progress to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and other ad-hoc duties related to the position.
- Degree in Business Administration/Operations Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience or related field. Salary RM3K and above.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
