Our Mission and Vision

Responsibilities: To actively respond to inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and WhatsApp; to negotiate and close B2B/B2C orders confidently; to propose and execute online promotions (e.g bundle deals, flash sales, giveaways) to boost sales; to keep in touch with outlet/operation team to arrange smooth delivery &amp; stock coordination; to follow up with leads and close the deal timely; and to provide simple report (daily/weekly sales closed, customer feedback, etc). <ul><li>Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years working experience in customer service, online sales, retails sales or related field. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.</li><li> Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Proficient in Bahasa Sarawak / Chinese dialects is a plus.</li><li> Familiar with CCK Products or similar industries (F&amp;B, FMCG, Poultry, Seafood).</li><li>Basic computer &amp; mobile skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc).</li><li>Proactive, aggressive in closing deals, strong communication &amp; follow-up skills.</li><li>Able to work independently and good in multitasking.</li></ul>
