• Possess good product knowledge especially on product specification and market requirement.
• Able to analyze and monitor stock inventory to prevent shortage and over stock.
• Strong skill in cold chain management to ensure product quality and safety.
• Perform budget forecast and planning to meet business demand and supply.
• Broaden network for sourcing potential quality product to fulfill company strategy.
• Evaluate supplier under guided procedures and compliant to HALAL requirement.
• Strong awareness on market changes, global climate, phenomenon, pricing and other potential factors affecting stock supplies for both local and international market.
• Strong negotiation skill in performing procurement function.
• Implement and initial a series of product assessment program to ensure product quality is guided.
• Executing shipment and related processes.
• Prepare stock code to meet centralized procurement standard.
• Perform data analysis to identify market condition, opportunities, demand and movement.
• Able to work independently with strong commitment to integrity and responsibilities.
• Able to lead and coach a team in executing projects or related functions

• Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
• Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• At least 3 years working experience in the same or related fields.

Academy Requirements

• Degree or higher in Business/Procurement Management or any related fields.
