Job Description

We are looking for someone who can operate CNC machines (including Turret Punch), perform basic setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, read technical drawings, ensure product quality, and follow safety procedures in a manufacturing environment. 

• Machine Operation
  Operate CNC machines (including Turret Punch) safely and efficiently, including setup of tools, dies, and programs, while monitoring production output to ensure quality.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic servicing, and troubleshoot machine issues to reduce downtime; coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs when needed.
• Tooling & Quality Control
  Install and maintain tooling, punches, and dies, and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards while recording production and maintenance data accurately.
• Safety & Continuous Improvement
  Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace, while contributing ideas to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field. 
• Experience as a CNC Technician or CNC Machine Operator (Turret Punch experience is an advantage). 
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and preventive maintenance. 
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. 
• Familiar with safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
