We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who is able to handle customer enquiries professionally through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin, as the role requires frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers, and be able to provide clear, accurate, and timely responses while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Job Description:

• Assist Sales Manager in daily sales operations and documentation
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins professionally and efficiently
• Follow up with clients on orders, payments, and feedback
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
• Maintain and update customer database
• Answer calls/emails related to sales inquiries
• Support in organizing sales campaigns, meetings, or events

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years working experience in sales support or coordination is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Note :

• Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin, as we work with more China-based contractors
• The offered salary will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant working experience.
