Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer to assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and improving production activities, while ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with ISO standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist the Production Manager in arranging and coordinating daily production activities.
• Plan and schedule production activities with support from the Production Planner, and monitor WIP movement to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and monitor all documents related to ISO standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Improve production floor housekeeping and manpower arrangements.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing team to procure production-related items (consumables, safety equipment, maintenance items, etc.).
• Improve and maintain a safe working environment on the production floor.
• Arrange and allocate resources on the production floor to meet production targets.
• Coordinate and engage external service providers to support production operations when required.
• Recommend and implement production safety improvements and production enhancement plans.
• Manage and execute production planning and arrangement activities.

Job Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
• Familiar with metal production processes, process parameter design, and inspection standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data interpretation skills to support decision-making.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
