Job Description

1) Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.

2) Prepare dessert and drinks according to the SOPs.

3) Clean, sanitize and tidy the store, equipment & utensils.

4) Count & refill stocks

New team members will be stationed at:

1) Oriental Village, Cable Car Station

Skills

• Good customer service
• Able to take orders and handle cash / POS system
• Willing to learn how to prepare ice cream, coffee, waffles, and pancakes
• Able to multitask during busy hours
   

Experience

• Experience in F&B is an advantage
• No experience is welcome (training will be provided)

Working Hours

• 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
   

Appearance

• Neat and presentable 
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
