Job Description
1. Push and execute sales acquisition drive to achieve sales territory targets.
2. Perform quality market visitation in order to ensure the distribution of Celcom’s products and services are available at all targeted touch points at all times.
3. Build and maintain strong dealer engagement with quality touch-points to increase sales and revenue and long-term support.
4. Execute all related visibility/ubiquity and channel programs in a timely manner to strengthen Celcom’s presence.
5. Track, support and groom dealers to grow and strengthen Celcom’s business.
6. Gather feedback on network performance and issues from dealers and customer, collaborate with PIMO (Project Implementation Management Office) to improve dealer and customer experience.
7. Visit and convince dealers to place orders for all SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit) to increase sell through and dealer coverage.
8. Plan and arrange sales activities with the dealers/channel to increase sales and strengthen dealer’s relationship.
9. Consolidate and gather competitor’s information and dealers’ feedback to develop more effective deployment strategy.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ Business/ Marketing or any related field.
2 – 5 years’ experience in related Preferable Previous Work Background
Sales/ Distribution/ Merchandising/ Event Preferable Previous Work Industry
- Telecommunication (Good knowledge in local telecommunication industry market)
Mobility/ Travel Flexibility
- Require to visit dealers/ distributors at field
- Valid Driving License “D”
Computer Literacy
- Basic Microsoft office skills – Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Language
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Personality Preference
- Able to work independently with a minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Able to work in a team and good leadership skills.
- Good planning and organization skills
- Good in PR and communication skills
- Analytic and innovative thinker
