Detailed Description
o Collaborate with Technical Leads to design and implement technical solutions in multiple market segments that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to develop world-class products in highly regulated markets.
o Familiar with EE development processes & workflows to realize products on a PCBA and product/system level.
o With the relevant technical competencies, execute product realization from conceptual stages all the way through manufacturing transition.
o Support the development of technical proposals for customers, providing technical solutions to realize concepts and estimating associated labor and material costs required.
o Always staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices to contribute to the advancement of design best practices, procedures, quality, efficiency or the acquisition of new capabilities within the organization.
o Passionate about solving complex issues and innovating under tight project requirements.
o Products that are not manufacturable will not benefit our customers and more importantly the end user. This role requires collaboration with manufacturing partners to ensure seamless production and timely delivery.
o Able to identify and evaluate materials/components and manufacturing processes that align with product requirements and are cost-effective to implement.
