Job Summary:
The Performance Content Creator is responsible for creating high-performing content and commercial visuals that drive engagement, traffic, conversion, and sales across Celovis' digital and physical touchpoints. This role combines strong creative instincts with a commercial mindset, understanding that great content should not only look good, but also deliver measurable business results.
Performance Content Creation
- Conceptualise, shoot, edit, and produce engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, paid ads, and other social platforms.
- Create performance-driven content including product demonstrations, storytelling, promotional content, UGC-style videos, hooks, trend-based content, and sales-focused creatives.
- Develop multiple creative variations, hooks, formats, and messaging angles for testing and optimisation.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform behaviours, competitor content, and emerging creative formats.
- Translate campaign objectives and product USPs into content that captures attention and encourages customer action.
- Support content shoots, including ideation, scripting, styling, filming, editing, and post-production.
Performance Graphic & Commercial Visuals
- Design sales and conversion-focused visual assets for Celovis' website, marketplaces, paid ads, EDM, retail stores, pop-ups, and other sales channels.
- Create website banners, promotional graphics, marketplace visuals, product highlights, campaign assets, retail POSM, posters, and other commercial materials.
- Develop visual hierarchies, messaging, layouts, and CTAs that clearly communicate promotions and encourage conversion.
- Adapt creatives across different formats and platforms while maintaining Celovis' brand identity and visual standards.
- Retouch and enhance product images where required for digital and commercial use.
Creative Performance & Optimisation
- Work closely with Performance Marketing and E-Commerce teams to understand creative performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor creative performance using relevant metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, reach, and sales contribution.
- Support A/B testing of visuals, hooks, messaging, formats, and CTAs, and continuously improve creatives based on performance data.
- Develop new creative angles based on customer behaviour, campaign performance, and business priorities.
- Balance brand aesthetics with commercial effectiveness, ensuring creatives are both visually strong and performance-driven.

AI & Creative Technology
- Actively use AI, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other relevant creative tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, editing, visual generation, and creative variations.
- Use AI to support scripting, storyboarding, image generation, visual enhancement, copy variations, and content optimisation.
- Continuously explore new AI and creative technologies to improve creative quality, speed, and productivity.
- Ensure AI-generated content remains aligned with Celovis' brand identity and quality standards.
Marketing, PR & Event Support
- Support the Marketing team in campaign launches, content production, influencer/KOL initiatives, PR activities, events, pop-ups, and retail activations.
- Assist with event setup, content capture, promotional materials, and on-ground execution when required.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail, Product, and Performance Marketing teams to deliver campaign requirements.
- Support other marketing initiatives and ad hoc responsibilities when required.
Team & Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (e-commerce, design, sales, ops) to meet deadlines.
- Support the Senior Executive or Manager in campaign execution and task completion.
- Participate actively in brainstorms, team reviews, and weekly KPI tracking sessions.
