Job Description

  1. Lead and manage the Process Engineering team to ensure high‑quality process design and execution across all projects.
  2. Oversee daily coordination, planning, and implementation of project process activities at site and office.
  3. Manage internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  5. Monitor and measure project and process performance using appropriate methodologies.
  6. Maintain strong client relationships; serve as a key technical point of contact.
  7. Delegate tasks effectively based on team skill sets, experience, and project requirements.
  8. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  9. Develop and coach junior and senior engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth.
  10. Provide leadership input for strategy, operations, and long‑term planning within the engineering department.
  11. Perform other management‑related duties as required.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in process engineering, including leadership/supervisory experience.
  3. Strong understanding of chemical theories, water/wastewater treatment technologies, and process control.
  4. Solid knowledge of local and international engineering codes and standards.
  5. Experience working in microelectronics or pharmaceutical water treatment projects (preferred).
  6. Strong project management, leadership, and decision‑making capabilities.
  7. Excellent communication, team management, and problem‑solving skills.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
