🎯你的日常任务将包括：

• 策划并执行多渠道数字营销活动：博客撰写、WhatsApp 群发、电子报、EDM、社交媒体推广、展示广告等。
• 跟踪并分析营销活动成效，确保投资回报率和关键绩效指标达标。
• 提升网站流量与转化率，善用 PPC 广告及其他线上策略吸引潜在客户。
• 管理并优化社交媒体平台（Facebook、Instagram、YouTube、LinkedIn、TikTok、小红书等）的内容与互动。
• 协助维护公司网站内容，确保品牌形象一致且具吸引力。
• 研究市场趋势，探索新兴数字推广渠道，保持领先。
• 撰写吸睛文案与视频脚本，为宣传活动注入创意。
• 分析竞争对手社交媒体表现，制作数据报告，提供策略建议。
• 设计展会与内部使用的视觉概念，提升品牌识别度。
• 制作社交平台视觉内容，吸引眼球、提升互动。
• 若你具备 Google SEO 经验，我们将优先考虑！

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including blog, WhatsApp blasting, newsletter, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Responsible for managing, driving traffic, online lead generation & lead conversions through PPC / digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and monitor the different social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, You tube, LinkedIn, TikTok, 小红书, etc.)
• Assist in managing and optimizing content for the website and social networking channels.
• Conduct intensive research on the market’s updates and changes. Identify new online marketing promotion channels.
• Prepare necessary copywriting & video script for promotion campaigns.
• To track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across the digital portfolio (Including Competitor social media platform).
• Designing a Creative concept artwork for exhibitions & internal support.
• Design artwork for Digital & Social Media posts.
• Experience in Google SEO is optional.

Job Requirements

• 拥有至少 2 年数字营销相关经验。
• 有广告/媒体策划经验者优先。
• 主动积极、学习力强，能独立作业并具备良好组织能力。
• 时间管理高手，能在期限内交付成果。
• 责任感强，诚信为本。
• 能接受出差安排。
• 精通中文并能听懂普通话（必须条件）。
• 工作地点 Taman Tasik Prima，全职职位。

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia, Advertising/ Media/ Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Digital Marketing.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
• Self-Motivated, Willing to learn, independent, highly organized and willing to travel.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Responsible & possess high degree of integrity.
• Full-time position available.
• Office located at Puchong Prima.
• Must be proficient in and able to understand Mandarin.
