Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist in monitoring leave and attendance, generate attendance report for HOD review monthly.
- Assist in any HR events / activities and company functions.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Dept.
- Handle recruitment process
- Assume other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by HOD/Management.
- All job scope will guide by Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource/ Business Admin or equivalen
- Responsible & possess high degree of integrity
- Must possess good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Responsible person and able to work independently.
- Have good working attitude.
- Recommend to start immediately (on September)
