Job Description
- Listen and understand customer requirements clearly.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and customized solutions for clients.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Coordinate follow-ups, sales meetings, and CRM updates to maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Source, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts from both local & oversea vendors.
- Customize and personalize gifts based on corporate branding requirements.
- Manage official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc) and schedule regular posts.
- Assist in other administrative work when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prefer Good Demand in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
